Suz is a U.S. based digital and film photographer. She grew up skating on the frozen lakes of Minneapolis, MN and has since called Providence, RI, Denver, CO,  Fairbanks, ak, and now New Haven, ct, "home". With a blend of photojournalism and editorial approaches, she photographs modern couples, families, and individuals on 35mm, medium format film, and digital photography. PRAISED FOR HER BLACK AND WHITE IMAGERY, she is Inspired by her own relationships, her work is rooted in genuine human connection AND REALISM. From elaborate weddings to intimate maternity sessions, she strives to create timeless narratives and family heirlooms. 

Outside of portrait photography, suz finds comfort in studying the latest trends, spending time at home with her family & dog, and creating sports imagery with film photography for her husbands hockey team.
